Studies on NH_3 in Blood in CO-gas Poisoning State

Abstract
1) Repeated or long continued (12min.) exposure high concentration of CO-gas will cause high level-NH_2 in blood of Rabbits, but less than shorter time (6 min.) continued are probably decrease of lower level-NH_3 in blood, because, CO-gas may be inhibited Transaminase and activated Amino acid oxidase and Adenocine deaminase.
2) Intravenousluy injection of Glutamic acid, Glucose, Succinic acid, and ¥á-Ketoglutaric acid (a-Keto acid) in the TCA-cycle, and TCA-cycle member 4-Carbon organic acids may be useful safety to relieve high level-NH_3 in bolld, so that its may be used can Antidote in CO-gas Poisoning State, its should be realized that this condition may be immediately after the inhalation of CO-gas.
3) Determination of the HH_3 in blood at the CO-poisoning condition may be useful and very important.
4) NH_3 in blood in CO-gas Poisoning State may be depressed Enzymatic reaction of biosynthesis of Amino acid its relate to the TCA-cycle.
